Completing the order checkout

The online order checkout is an easy to follow 3 to 5 step wizard, which takes between 1 to 3 minutes to complete depending on your connection speed. If you are a new customer placing your first order we recommend that you read our First Time Visitors guide to ordering.

To begin the order checkout process you need to have at least one item in your shopping cart and have a valid e-mail address. From your Shopping Cart, click the "ORDER CHECKOUT" button located under the items list.

The first screen appears after you click the "ORDER CHECKOUT" button which will ask you to specify if you are a new or an existing customer. If you are an existing customer, select the appropriate option, enter your password and click the "NEXT" button.

You will not see this screen if you previously checked the "Remember Me" box, or if you have already signed in to your Account.

Your shipping address is where the items will be sent. Select your shipping address from the existing addresses or create new. You may select a different billing address, to do that checkmark the box under your existing address list and click the "NEXT" button.

Select your shipping method. The shipping cost and time depends on the method you select. Under each shipping option you will find a short explanation and on the right side the shipping cost against your order.

If you select to pay by Credit or Debit Card, make sure that you select the right card name (Visa, MasterCard, etc) from the pull down menu.

Review and confirm your order

When you complete all the steps you will see the summary of your order. At this point you can change or cancel your order. If you are sending a gift, add your gift message or any special instructions or comments in the form provided. Review it and if everything is correct press "CONFIRM THE ORDER" button. If you do not press this button, your order will not be submitted.

After you have confirmed your order, allow some time for processing. This may take from a few seconds up to 3 minutes, depending on your connection speed and chosen payment method. After we have processed your order, you will see the order confirmation screen and can review it by clicking "My Account" button on the right top on every page on our site.

  • What if I forget my password?

    No problem! Please request password assistance and we will send your password to your e-mail address within a few minutes. You will be asked for your User ID (email address) and your password hint.

  • Can I order by phone or fax without using order form at all?

    No! Echinastone.com only accepts website orders that are processed on-line using our order checkout.

  • What information is required on the order form?

    Like ordering from a traditional catalogue, we need the following information to fulfill an order that you want shipped to yourself: your complete name (first and last), the street address to which the order is shipped, the city, state and/or country to which the order is shipped, your zip code or post code, if applicable, your phone number and your email address.

  • Why do I have to include my phone number?

    The phone numbers allow us to contact you if there is ever a question about your order. In addition, the shipping companies that Echinastone.com uses require the phone number of the intended recipient of the package so that they can contact them if there is any problem with the delivery.

  • Having a problem entering an APO or FPO address on our order form?

    Enter the recipient´s full name and address in the relevant fields. Enter "APO" or "FPO" in the City field. Enter "AE" in the State/Province/Region field if the recipient is stationed in Europe, Canada, Africa, or the Middle East. Enter "AA" if the recipient is stationed in the Americas. Enter "AP" if the recipient is stationed in Asia or the Pacific. Regardless of where the recipient is stationed, select "United States" from the country drop-down menu.

    Following these steps will ensure that you are charged the correct shipping amount and that your order will be delivered in a timely fashion.

  • Why is my credit card number not being accepted?

    Most likely, you selected a method of payment that differed from the card number you entered. For instance, you might have selected Visa as your method of payment and then accidentally entered the credit card number from your MasterCard. You also may have entered an extra digit in the credit card number. Please check to make sure you entered the card number correctly and try again.

  • How do I change payment or shipping method for an order?

    It is easy to review or change the payment information for your order during the order checkout. On the top right side you should see the "Order Checkout Assistant", which displays your checkout status and allows you to navigate through all the processes backwards and forwards, for example: review shipping address, change billing address, shipping or payment options and amend your shopping cart contents.

  • How do I know if you received my order?

    After you click "CONFIRM THIS ORDER" button, you should receive a confirmation page with a order reference number on it. If you do not get a confirmation number, you should see a message at the top of the order form indicating why the order could not be processed. Correct the problem and click "CONFIRM THIS ORDER" again to send the revised information. We will also send you the order confirmation e-mail, with your order details and order reference number.
