within 6 hours during regular business hours ( GMT + 7), and within 12 hours
on non-business hours ( GMT + 7).
Some questions ( finding gemstones for example)
may take up to 24 hours. Please use the appropriate
email form for your requests and help speed up the processing of your feedback.
If you believe you are not receiving our replies, first please check if have provided us
with the correct email address, your email box was full and rejecting email, or
your account was unreachable for other reasons. Or it may be that a prior email
address was forwarding to your new one.
If you are still not receiving email, it may be due to SPAM filters. If
you have a web-based email account (e.g. hotmail, yahoo, etc) or AOL account,
then our email messages may be mistaken for SPAM. Most web-based services now
provide a filtering system that will allow you to list the addresses of "safe" people you are happy to receive emails from. In this case, add echinastone.com
to your safe filter list.
If you are using your work email account, then your IT
department may have set up filter software that thinks our emails are SPAM,
or non-work related. In this case, contact your IT department to ask for these emails to be allowed through.
