You can review the status of any order you have placed or auction you won
via My Account.
For orders that have yet to dispatch, you will be able to review the order total, shipping address, payment method and change order details.
For orders that have already been shipped, you can confirm an estimated date of arrival, a tracking number if applicable and receive this order or request a return.
For auctions that you have won, you will be able to review the auctions total and combine them in one or more orders.
- Manage Orders
To change the order payment or shipping method:
Select all items of the order you want to change and press the "ADD TO SHOPPING CART" button and complete the order checkout with new options.
To combine 2 or more orders:
Select all items of the orders you want to combine and press the "ADD TO SHOPPING CART" button and complete the order checkout with new options.
To add an item(s) to your order:
Select all items of the order you want change and press the "ADD TO SHOPPING CART" button. All selected items will be placed into the Shopping Cart for your final review.
Add more items to the Shopping Cart by searching our stock and complete new order checkout.
To add or edit order instructions or gift message:
Open order details page and click "Change" on the right of the Order Comments line
and enter or edit your message.
- Receive Orders
If you have received shipped orders and are fully satisfied with it, please confirm this by selecting them ( checkmark) and clicking the "CONFIRM RECEIPT" button. From this point, you will not be able to request a return for this order. You will still be able to see these orders in the archived orders section.
- Return Orders or Items
If you have receive shipped orders, but want to return or exchange any items, please obtain an RMA number by clicking the "Return" link and filling the appropriate form.
- Print Invoices
To print an invoice for any order you have placed with Echinastone.com,
click the "Print" link located on the top right of any order
view page.
