About Single Rough Gemstones
We always indicate the total lot (parcel) weight, not the individual stones weights and all prices are per whole lot (parcel). All purchases of rough parcels are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
There is not any standard quality specifications which may apply to rough gemstones ("rough material"), therefore China Stone Ltd (echinastone.com) , expressly disclaim all warranties, written or oral, expressed or implied, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability or warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. China Stone Ltd (echinastone.com) shall not be liable for loss of profits, loss of use, or incidental, consequential, or special damages that result from use of this "rough material", even if made expressly aware of the possibility thereof.
