We make every effort to insure the accuracy of our descriptions.
While we do photograph with favorable lighting conditions, we do not
enhance or alter the colors of our pictures. All photos are made by
FujiFilm FinePix S2 Pro camera using AF-D-Nikkor 200mm f/4.0 EDIF lenses.
We make every effort to supply an image that is as close to the actual
gemstone as possible
In order to give you the opportunity to view our products in great
detail, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual
size in our photographs and since every computer monitor is set
differently, color and size may vary slightly.
Our objective is to provide you with as much information and
detail about your prospective purchase as possible so that you can see the beauty and shape of a particular item.
2. Merchandise Quality and Availability
We offer only the highest quality products on our website,
without the high mark-ups traditional retail stores charge and
alternative peace of mind in the way of purchase, insurance and delivery.
We do not sell synthetic or lab created stones and we do not
sell stones which have been dyed, diffused, or irradiated. For you
confidence, gemstone identification certificates for the single
and pair gemstones can be arranged from AIGS (Asian Institute of
Gemological Sciences). Alternatively, Free Gemstone Identification
Report can be provided as a result of the examination by a certified
staff at the Echinastone.
Finally, the Echinastone on-line database is current and any
displayed items are available and can usually be shipped within
24 hours.
3. Pricing Policy
We offer you consistently low prices on every item in our store. All
prices are listed in U.S. dollars. For your convenience we also have
a currency converter in our
on-line store.
We do not have a price-matching policy at this time, but we do offer
additional discounts on large orders of a single item or on large orders
of many individual items.
Infrequently, data may be inaccurately displayed on our site due to
system errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may
occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do
occur and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. Our prices are
